My Shameless Plug
Some of you have been seeing a lot more of me as I’ve been posting more and more on Social Media these days. I had been previously avoiding being on camera as much as possible, but if I’m really being honest, I’m having a lot of fun with it. Admittedly, I’m totally late to this party, but I’m taken just the same.
What am I doing with it? Well, I’m starting to use it as a platform to share information on what I’m seeing in the market, the myths of the market, the opportunities in the market and more. And, what’s been really mind blowing is the wonderful reception from friends, clients and my colleagues, with the latter making me feel the most special!
Here’s the thing. As an agent in San Francisco, I am the luckiest gal to work with colleagues who are among the best in class Realtors in the country. I promise I’m not exaggerating. And, let’s face it, architecture school left a big dent, and I’m a total sucker for the incredible architecture that makes San Francisco housing so much fun to sell!
That said, the reality is that earning my way (and continuing to earn my way) into this incredible and highly respected community is what makes me that much better of an agent. I’m finding myself more and more inspired to share what I’m seeing first hand, break it down, and find the opportunity for the incredible sphere around me.
So, when I’ve found myself ranting about the state of this market, I’ve been focusing on turning it into an educational opportunity (a wake-up call, if you will) to share what’s really happening first-hand in the market. As I like to say, there is always a blessing to found and I can’t help but to default to a positive spin.
